Item description

The Eva Solo knives from the Nordic Kitchen collection are made according to ancient Japanese traditions that use the same techniques to produce Samurai swords. Because of this, this Santoku knife has an extremely sharp blade, high flexibility, and a narrow back. The handle is ergonomically designed and feels comfortable and safe in your hand. The knife has a section to rest your thumb on, which allows you to work with greater precision and control. The Santoku is particularly suitable for cutting wafer-thin slices or small cubes of meat, fish, vegetables, or fruit. In addition, the knife has a metal end on the handle for crushing garlic and nuts.

About Eva Solo

Eva Solo was founded in 1913 by Kai Rohde Fog, but their biggest breakthrough happened in 1949 with the release of their pioneering flour sieve that also functioned as a citrus squeezer. Since then, Eva Solo has become wildly popular around the world for their beautiful collection of not only kitchenware, but also their stunning range of home decor items for in and around the house. The brand is known for their high quality and functional products that also radiate luxury due to the stunning designs. For these reasons it is not hard to believe that Eva Solo is the recipient of several prestigious design awards, including a Product Design Award and a Red Dot Award.
